Prior to joining the firm, he worked with the treasury team of a leading Housing Finance Company for over 1.5 years, where he assisted in fund-raising through debt, private equity and listed securities. He was also in-charge of investment management and ALM functions, while also managing relationships with multiple bankers and ensuring compliance under consortium and multiple banking arrangements.
He completed his articleship with a reputed Vadodara-based CA firm, gaining exposure to management audits, internal audits, and bank audits.
